What is the recruitment process in Bruk-Bet? The recruitment process in our company consists of several stages. Familiarize yourself with them and don’t be surprised!
UPLOAD DOCUMENTS
On our website, you will find all current job openings. Attach your application documents (CV + cover letter) to the dedicated form available under the advertisement.
APPLICATION SELECTION
At this stage, our HR team analyzes all submitted applications. We verify them against the professional profile of the Candidate and the requirements placed in the advertisement. Due to the large number of recruitment processes, we inform that we will contact only selected Candidates.
INTERVIEW
If your application is successful, you will be invited to a recruitment interview. The recruitment interview will enable us to obtain detailed information regarding your experience, knowledge and competence. Besides, it is the right time for us to get to know each other better and to analyze your expectations in terms of employment.
During a recruitment interview for specialized positions, we can use one of the methods, verifying your knowledge and skills:
- Skills tests
- Personality questionnaire
- Assessment Center
- Work samples
FEEDBACK
At this stage, all Candidates receive the results of the recruitment. Our goal is to streamline the recruitment process while minimizing paperwork. We are committed to providing each Candidate with feedback within a maximum of 2 weeks.
EMPLOYMENT
Candidates who receive a positive recruitment result in a telephone interview will be informed about further employment procedure.
