Corporate social responsibility

Since the beginning of its existence, Bruk-Bet has taken into account aspects of social responsibility on many levels of organizational management. This is one of the elements of the company-wide strategy, which we implement step by step. We try to act in such a way as to be part of the environment in which we function. We create and support projects that aim to solve social problems.

Education

For years we have been a patron of The Public Catholic School and Kindergarten Complex named after the Home Army in Nieciecza . Thanks to the support we give the School, children receive a quality education. We take care of their intellectual development (additional teaching of foreign languages, small number of students in classes), as well as psychophysical (sports activities). We enable children to use the facilities of the Bruk-Bet Termalica Nieciecza football club, instilling in them a passion for sports.

Sports

We support local sports – we are a strategic sponsor of Bruk-Bet Termalica Nieciecza football club. In 2015, the club was promoted to the Premier League for the first time in its 93-year history. The team currently plays in the Polish 1st League, constantly striving to return to the highest level of the competition.

However, we do not focus only on professional sports, we also take care of the development of football players from an early age. At our club there is a football school, where the youngest, under the guidance of professional coaches, can fulfill their sports dreams.

Culture

Education and sports only part of our social commitment. We also extend our patronage to the Niecieczanie Amateur Theater Troupe, as well as the Chorus and Music Ensemble. At our headquarters, we have created a unique place that could be the envy of many cultural centers in Poland. We provide state-of-the-art technical facilities (6D technology). This means that the audience will experience moving seats, spraying their faces with water and gusts of wind.

In addition, at selected moments in the film they can expect the so-called “mouse effect”, i.e. the touch on their feet, as well as smell smells that correspond to the film. The Amateur Theater of Nieciecha is a cultural and sociological phenomenon at the same time, especially considering that the group is made up of residents of one village and at the same time employees of one company.

Bruk-Bet getting better every day

We strive to make Bruk-Bet “the best every day” in the area of social commitment as well. We continue our sustainable development by building lasting relationships with the world around us. As Flora Edwards once said – “When we help others, we help ourselves, because any good we give comes full circle and comes back to us.”
