What is a ventilated terrace?

A ventilated terrace is an alternative to one made using the traditional method. Using this technology, there is no reaching for adhesive mortar or making downspouts.

To create a terrace with this technology, it is enough on the structural slab in the decline:

  • make a waterproofing layer;
  • Lay the concrete slabs for the terrace on special stands (supports) – in a variant with a fixed height (when the floor is perfectly even) or adjustable (when the ground has an irregular texture).

Such a solution is a guarantee of good ventilation of the space and durability of the structure for many years.
